Usage and Biology

LIRA_input05 is the target to be detected by LIRA_H05, it will bind to the loop at the top of LIRA_H05, and then change its conformation so that the ribosome could bind to the RBS.

This composite part is used to express input05 in E.coli to test the function of H05.

Characterization

T7 promoter could be induced by IPTG, so the intracellularly concentration of LIRA_input05 produces a large difference between the two conditions of IPTG presence/absence. This composite part is equipped by the following plasmids and co-transformed with the corresponding H05 plasmid. See BBa_K5038020 for details.
