LIRA_input05

Usage and Biology

LIRA_input05 is the target to be detected by LIRA_H05, it will bind to the loop at the top of LIRA_H05, and then change its conformation so that the ribosome could bind to the RBS.

Characterization

In our experiments, we used EGFP as the reporter gene and input05 as the target RNA, and inferred the opening of the hairpin through the fluorescence intensity. A detailed information is given in BBa_K5038020and BBa_K5038022.
