RNA guide mIGH
CRISPR guide RNA (gRNA), designed to target the mouse IGH locus, precisely between the J4 joining segment gene and the intronic enhancer Eμ regulatory element. When used with the CRISPR/Cas9 system, this guide sequence, 5'-CGATGCATAGGGACAAA^GAG(TGG)-3', ensures precise double-stranded break 3 bp upstream of the PAM recognition sequence (indicated in parentheses).
