It should be mentioned, that this part is not tested yet.

We found the protein sequence of the vacuolar signal peptide in the paper of Schaaf et al,2004. (https://doi.org/10.1078/0171-9335-00371) We used the Codon optimization table from Snapgene for P. patens to translate the sequence to a nucleotide sequence.
