Design Notes

This is a composite part that includes the Dronpa protein coding region encoded in part BBa_K2476010.

Includes a Dronpa coding region (BBa_K2476010), and a double terminator (BBa_B0015). This was added after our WT CheY + Linker/Dronpa/Linker at 60-61 part and our Mutant CheY + Linker/Dronpa/Linker at 60-61 part to create a fusion protein with two monomers of Dronpa. In our constructs, this was the C-terminus Dronpa monomer.
