Applications of BBa_K194003

This biobrick has been integrated into a yeast plasmid and following digestion with PacI and Nt.BbvCI a succesful USER cloning and USER fusion event was conducted. The USER cloning was seen to be succesfull as a fusion of a TEF promoter and biobrick BBa_K194002 resulted in GFP expression.
