Design Notes

Since the tumor cell requires rapid cell proliferation,the content of telomerase is usually detected higher than normal cell.As a result,the expressing components for Htert promoter is more in tumor cells.Therefore, we can use the Htert promoter as a cancer specific promoter to start downstream gene expression only in tumor cell.
