Design Notes

We ligated Pnif(BBa_K1796001) and RFP reporter(BBa_K1357010) together to assay the validity and effeciency of Pnif.


Source

Pnif is from the nitrogen fixation gene cluster of diazotroph Paenibacillus sp. WLY78,we standardized it. RFP reporter(BBa_K1357010) is from 2015 20F Kit5.
