mCherry N-terminal

This is the N-terminus of mCherry, that can be used in Bimolecular Fluorescence Complementation system (BiFC). Split between amino acids 159 and 160. Emission/excitation maxima are 587/610 nm. Known to have short maturation time and can be potentially observed with naked eye.Alongside BBa_K1093017 this part can be used for investigating protein-protein interactions.
