Definitions for Sequence Readings

Confirmed Every base in the part is confirmed by a base in the sequence readings
Partially Confirmed Every base in the part is confirmed by a base in the sequence readings or the base in the sequence reading is not called.
Inconsistent Some bases in the part are contradicted by all bases in the sequence readings.
Long Part The part is too long to be covered by the sequence readings.
Bad Sequencing The sequence readings were of too poor quality to be used. (If a read has a prefix or suffix, it cannot be declared bad. Or if the first 900 bases are 'well' called, the read cannot be considered bad.)
None No sequence readings are stored in the database for this part.
