Fluorescence results of our OmpX-NanoLuc construct. From this it can be concluded that NanoLuc works as expected. This has been tested through a bioluminescence assay and gave a nice and smooth spectrum as result. An important requirement for this assay is that furimazine has to be added. Furimazine acts as a substrate for NanoLuc and has to be present for NanoLuc te be able to act as a BRET donor.
