This is the 48h co-cultural growth curve of E coli BL21 strain which contained BBa_K2922038 and BBa_K1033914 separately. Both part are carried by pSB1C3. OD600, OD577 and OD458 is detected each 2 hours to specifically track their growth status.IPTG is not added for used it as control group.
