The g3p gene code for the minor coat protein, which is located at the distal end of the M13 phage. The third domaine of this protein , called P3-N1CTX . This domaine coresponding to the N-terminal domaine of P3 CTX protein and is part of the parasitage process of the M13 phage. In order to analysed the fixation of the chromoproteine into the cellulose membrane, the P3-N1-Green chromoprotein was made as BBa_K592011. We used the protein sequence to optimize synthesis by E.coli with IDT tool. We used BBa_K525998 as an RBS. This part uses the RFC 10/25 standard
