TolA3-CBD is proteine domaine which is part of the inner membrane of many bacteria

The TolA3 gene code for the C-terminal domain , which is located in the inner membrane of a bacterium. The third domaine of this protein , called TolA E.coli . This protein coresponding is part of the cell divison process of the bacteria. In order to analysed the fixation of the P3-N1-chromoprotein fusion into the cellulose membrane, the TolA3-CBD was made as Bba. We used the protein sequence to optimize synthesis by E.coli with IDT tool. We used BBa_K525998 as an T7-RBS and a CBD as BBa_K1478001. This part uses the RFC 10/25 standard.
