T7 RNA polymerase (T7RNAP) This RNA polymerase will start the transcription from a T7 promoter.

Usage and design

In order to improve the expression efficiency of cell-free system, we used BBa_J23100 and BBa_B0030 to construct the expression circuit for T7RNAP and obtained the composite part BBa_K4195139, which are assembled into the vector pSB1S3 (revised from pSB1C3 by replacing the CmR with SmR) via Gibson assembly. The seamless cloning products were transformed into E. coli DH5α.
