PamyA

Promoter PamyA is a strong promoter in Bacillus amyloliquefaciens LL3. We have validate this part through promoter strength assay using bgaB (encoding β-galatosidase downstream of the multiple cloning sites) as reporter gene. According to our promoter strength assay in (showed in Figure 1), PamyA is the second strongest promoter in our project.
