This part is polyphosphate kinase.

We got this part from the mutant of E.coli strain K12, DH5α,using PCR with the primers we design by ourselves. It’s polyphosphate kinase, an synthase of polyphosphate to store phosphate into polyphosphate. This coding contain a EcoRⅠenzyme cutting site should be removed, so it could only be cut in XbalI and PstI sites.
