This is a truncated version of the cI Lambda coding region, BBa_C0051. The first three bases have been truncated in order to rule out the possibility of protein interaction from leaky transcription. This will not create a functional protein! This is only for testing the promoter activity in the barcode region of the BBa_C0051 gene.
