CUW_0748 expression cassette

This cassette consists of CUW_0748, the bacterial analogue of the human Serotonin Transporter and TagBFP. A T2A self-cleaving peptide linker sequence was placed between these coding sequences to separate the two proteins during translation within the same operon.
