CCP1-mRuby2-cyc1

Gene expression cassette consisting of mRuby2 under the CCP1 promoter. Basic parts CCP1, mRuby2, and cyc1 were cloned into the pYTK_096 backbone to allow for integration into the URA3 locus in S. cerevisiae. We planned to use this part to characterize the activity of the CCP1 promoter and measure resulting mRuby2 fluorescence at various time points after adding hydrogen peroxide.
