Part:BBa_K4216035
Debug PCin promotor
Processor)
DpB.010 is a Processor device that can receive signals from the Input device. CinR (transcription factor produced in the Input) activate pCin in the presence of OCH14 (its inducer). Signals can be transformed through already characterise synthetic biological components. Processor devices pass on transformed signal downstream our signal processing pipeline and to the Output device. They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications such as Bio-Sensing (See proposed implementation for exemples)
BBa K4216035 is a debug for P57m(pCIN), a promoter inducible by CinR(see BBa K4216023) and OHC14(chemical). Here this part was made to test the capability of the promoter to receive a signal, either chemical or from another part (see BBa_K4216028/30/32/33/34)
