Bsal ITS region gene block

The ITS (internal transcribed spacer) region is highly conserved and widely used as the DNA barcode region in fungi such as Batrachochytrium salamandrivorans (Bsal). It is a spacer DNA that is nonpathogenic, adding an additional layer of safety; this will be the region amplified in downstream reactions such as RPA or LAMP. 21 noncoding bp added upstream of the gene in order to allow for pcr amplification for cloning into pjet.
