Batrachochytrium salamandrivorans (Bsal) ITS region RPA forward primer

This part is a forward primer for recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) reaction for Bsal. It helps amplify the ITS region. The ITS (internal transcribed spacer) region is highly conserved and widely used as the DNA barcode region in fungi.
