Design Notes

This is the original version of the SacB signal peptide as it was published by Henri Deda from iGEM17_TU_Dresden. From this original sequence, three other BioBricks (BBa_K356006,BBa_K356007, BBa_K356008) were created by codon optimization for use in Bacillus subtilis.
