PepD with negatively regulated promoter

PepD codes for a cytosol non-specific dipeptidase, a protein which hydrolyses peptides in dipeptides into individual amino acids. This composite part has been made to have negative regulation using a BBa_I1051 promoter, so that it is expressed to a low level.
