This part consists of the promoter FBA1p , redox sensor roGFP2-Orp1 and the terminator CYC1t. The promoter FBA1p is an constitutive promoter from Saccharomyces cerevisiae CEN.PK2-1c（see the details in part：BBa_K2765040）. roGFP2-Orp1 is a fusion protein which can response to the redox status in the cell rapidly as well as sensitively(see the details in part:BBa_K2765043).
