FitD Codon optimized for E.coli

FitD is a protein that is used as molluscicidal toxin. FitD is originally derived from Psuedomonas protegens . This protein has been recognized as a treatment for zebra and quaga mussel populations which are a invasive species in North America[1]. This sequence has been codon optimized for expression in E.coli .
