We design seven new sticky ends which get the least score when judging the similarity.
Our parts can be connected in the right order by golden gate method.
New TAL_left_right (BBa_K1453500) can connect both the first part and the last part, so it has two BsmBI recognition site and it can make two sticky ends when digested by BsmBI.
New TAL 1-6 (BBa_K1453501-BBa_K1453506) is intermediate part to make a whole TALE. The TALE can recognize 14bp DNA sequence:

Because our TAL improvement is based on the 2012 Freiburg's project, you can just follow 2012 Freiburg's protocol to connect whole TALE.
